This December, PlayStation Plus is going out with a bang for 2024. Celebrating the 30th Anniversary for PlayStation, there is a laundry list of new perks for PlayStation Plus members. Firstly is the free titles coming next month – It Takes Two, Aliens: Dark Descent, Temtem. Both It Takes Two & Aliens: Dark Descent offer PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 versions whilst Temtem is only for PlayStation 5.
We urge that you read our review for It Takes Two. “It Takes Two is a masterpiece. A near perfect co-op experience that never gets stale, and maintains it’s excellence from start to end.” Also, our review for Aliens: Dark Descent. “Aliens Dark Descent is a harrowing, strategic take on everybody’s favorite sci-fi monsters.”
Also, Rectify Gaming recently did a review for the new Temtem release, Swarm. “Whether you’re a veteran tamer or a newcomer looking for a challenge, Swarm is a must-play addition to the franchise.” The current November free games – Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 – Turbocharged, Ghostwire: Tokyo, Death Note Killer Within – are still available until December 3rd to install.
What’s more, PlayStation Plus is including a bevy of other featured additions for PlayStation Plus members. Starting December 6 – 8, esports tournaments for EA Sports FC 25, NBA 2K25, Tekken 8, Mortal Kombat 1, Madden NFL 25, College Football 25, UFC 5, MLB The Show 24 and Guilty Gear Strive will be held online. Then on December 10th, Premium subscribers can enjoy Sly 2: Band of Thieves, Sly 3: Honor Among Thieves, and Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy.
Sony Pictures Core is also hosting a 30 percent storewide sale next month as well. “To celebrate 30 years of PlayStation, PlayStation Plus members get 30% off 100 top movies on Sony Pictures Core starting December 3 through December 9. Explore a collection of fan-favorite films like Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, Uncharted, Gran Turismo: Based on a True Story and Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire.”
