It was confirmed prior to the release of Super Mario Bros. Wonder that Kevin Afghani is the voice actor behind Mario & Luigi where he did a fantastic job in the new role. Taking over a position that was once held by Charles Martinet comes with a lot of pressure because he did the iconic voices of Mario, Luigi Wario, and Waluigi.
A week ago we shared a post saying how fans were concerned about the new voice of Wario because the difference is drastic between the new guy and Charles Martinet. With the reviews of WarioWare: Move It! now released, it was revealed that Kevin Afghani is actually the new voice behind Wario in the game’s credits.
This information comes from EuroGamer where they share the list of voice actors in WarioWare Move It!
This comes as a surprise since the differences in voices are very noticeable, but at the same time this isn’t that shocking since Charles Martinet did all four voices.
