The Game Awards 2022 is here and it’s no shocker to see Hideo Kojima show up to this event. This time Kojima Productions reveal Death Stranding 2 or better known as DS2. 

Hideo confirmed on stage that the story in DS2 was re-written from scratch due to the pandemic and did not want to predict the future. 

Death Stranding 2 is still a working title so there wasn’t much else to see besides its initial trailer featuring Norman Reedus.

The game looks to also be a PlayStation 5 exclusive at launch.
