Kojima Productions Announces Death Stranding: Director’s Cut

At least understanding what could possibly be on the way from developer Kojima Productions is a heard feat to achieve. Previously, Art Director Yoji Shinkawa told that an announcement would be on the way, but, what that will be or when it will arrive was left undetermined. But, rumor continued to surface on what could be on the way, of course.

Most noted from GamesBeat’s Jeff Grubb, he told that Kojima Productions & Microsoft are negotiating on delivering a unique release on Xbox. However, the statement is fairly light on context and could be a project that never sees the light of day. But, there is hope for an announcement to comes in the approaching future.

On the surface, not much is elaborated upon the new announcement, but it is suspected to be a remastering for the PlayStation 5 surely. However, there is also the preconception for more content to come to this new version as well when more information surfaces on the upcoming project from Kojima productions.

Previously, Hideo Kojima himself told that he is interested in possibly delivering a Death Stranding “1.5” is the most likeliest to arrive. Although the universe created is beloved by Kojima, he did not see himself creating a direct follow-up. You can read the full report by heading here.
