Leaks For Hitman Sequel Surface On WB Website

Posted just yesterday on the Hitman Twitter was a tease for upcoming content coming to the 2016 title with the announcement aiming for June 7, 2018. And the day before WB games posted a countdown for a reveal landing on June 7 at 10:00 AM.

And now before the big reveal, it seems fans have might have found out the big surprise on Warner Bros Games Website. Coming upon a logo for Hitman 2 confirming that IO Interactive is developing a sequel for their 2016 game. As of yet, there’s no word on if this title will follow the same episodic format like the first as IO Interactive has released a bundled version titled Hitman: Definitive Edition after completing the first season.
As IO Interactive has changed developers from Square Enix to Warner Bros Interactive, the business model for sequel’s outcome might change, but from this leak it’s too early determine especially as there’s nothing else to go off the single image.
