The leaks were true. LEGO and Fortnite have collaborated to create a unique game mode in Fortnite that will be launching on Thursday, December 7, 2023. It looks like this game within Fortnite will be a full-on LEGO version of what we know Fortnite is.

We should see more details about this LEGO mode when its release gets closer or we might learn more during The Game Awards which airs the same exact day. This wasn’t the only Fortnite collaboration announced today as the Fortnite Festival was announced featuring The Weekend.

What we do know is that LEGO Fortnite is a survival-crafting game and will play like Minecraft or LEGO Worlds.

LEGO Fortnite is the ultimate survival crafting LEGO adventure. It introduces vast, open worlds where the magic of LEGO building and Fortnite collide. Designed for people of all ages to enjoy together, the game will encourage creativity, experimentation and collaboration through play.

Chapter 5 looks to be the biggest season yet of Fortnite as the new trailer reveals more features and crossovers coming to the game.
