Marvel Rivals reached 10 million players across Consoles and PC

NetEase released its free-to-play Hero Shooter, Marvel Rivals, on Friday, December 6, 2024, across Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PC via Steam and Epic Games Store. Within its first few hours of launch on Steam, Marvel Rivals reached over 440K concurrent players, and the number is only rising.

On Sunday evening, NetEase announced that Marvel Rivals reached 10 million players worldwide across all available platforms during its launch weekend. The title’s free-to-play factor is undoubtedly a factor in the player numbers.

At launch, Marvel Rivals features 33 Heroes to choose from with Wolverine, Hulk, Captain America, Doctor Strange, Thor, and a lot more.
