Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales Storage Requirement Will Be Asking A Minimum 50 GB

Dating back to the first PlayStation 5 showcase in June, Sony was not hesitant to announce a follow-up to Marvel’s Spider-Man. With the reveal of Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Insomniac Games shares that the coming standalone entry will pose as a base for fans looking for incentive to experience the next-generation platform of PlayStation 5.

The team shares elements of raytracing, higher performance, and large pixel counts on screen to be a major factor considered when deciding to pick up the game on PlayStation 5. Atop of that, the developer this week unveiled that the game will be arriving on November 12 and November 19 respectively based on the region of the consumer.

Elaborating more on the matter, Sony Interactive Entertainment posted the official PlayStation Store listing for Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and with that sharing the file size asked for the game. For that, the base version runs for 50 GB while the Ultimate Edition asks for 105 GB. The latter version is twice the capacity as the original is due to the pricier iteration offering Marvel’s Spider-Man remastered.

“A war for control of Marvel’s New York has broken out between a devious energy corporation and a high-tech criminal army,” the syapse reads on the store game’s page. “With his new home at the heart of the battle, Miles must learn the cost of becoming a hero and decide what he must sacrifice for the greater good.

“Traverse the snowy streets of his new, vibrant and bustling neighbourhood as Miles searches for a sense of belonging. When the lines blur between his personal and crime-fighting lives, he discovers who he can trust, and what it feels like to truly be home.” Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales while advertised for PlayStation 5 is not the only launch title.
