Media apps have begun to appear on the Nintendo eShop for Nintendo Switch with the release of Hulu

At first many fans were confused as to why the Nintendo Switch hasn’t had any media apps like Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, etc at launch. Well Nintendo clearly made a statement a while back saying this is a games console and eventually these video apps will come over time.
Today, Nintendo issued the weekly Nintendo Download report and there was something hidden that seemed important. Hulu was listed as one of today’s new releases.
It looks like as the Switch continues to do well Nintendo will sneak some more of these apps in and it’s only a matter of time until Netflix comes next.
