Capcom announced today that the Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection will be releasing on April 14, 2023 with pre-orders live as well. This collection brings all ten mainline games to modern platforms with online versus, Battle Chip trading, and even Download Chips previously only available in Japan.
Another important part to note about this is that all games in this collection will be available on cartridge/disc. In previous collections only some would be available physically and then you’d have to download the rest. This was pointed out by Toadsanime on Twitter:
The physical element of this Mega Man collection is important, because previous collections have only had some titles on cart/disc and the rest having to be downloaded. Sounds like they listened to feedback about this defeating the point of a physical release!

The Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection will be launching on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. Yes you read that right, it won’t be releasing on the Xbox platform as of right now.
