Mew & Mewtwo are headed to Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

The Pokémon Presents took place with several updates on upcoming games and animated series in the Pokémon world. The Pokémon Company International announced two of the most iconic mythical Pokémon are coming to Pokémon Scarlet & Violet.

Mew and Mewtwo are coming to the latest generation of Pokémon.

Beginning today through September 18, 2023, players can add Mew to their team by entering the password GETY0URMEW in the Mystery Gift menu

For Mewtwo, special Tera Raid Battle event will take place between September 1 and September 18, 2023, In this event, players can challenge and catch a Mewtwo with the Mightiest Mark.

Whether or not a Shiny version of Mew will be obtainable remains to be seen.

In related news, Pokémon Trading Card Game and Pokémon Stadium 2 are now available in the Gameboy Library on the Nintendo Switch.
