Maybe the first time this was unfortunate, but now it seems to be a pattern with the Forza franchise on Xbox as now Forza Motorsport 6 will be the third delisted title from the series to be removed from the Xbox marketplace.
Revealed on an earlier blog post that was submitted at the start of August, developer Turn 10 has revealed that the 2015 racing sim will be available for the next month and a half until September 15th where the game will be delisted from al digital storefronts for no specified reason. As part of the “End of Life” status that the game will initiate in mid-September, the base game alongside all downloadable content will be cleaned from the Xbox store.
However, in the light of the game being removed in less than a month, the title is currently free through this month’s Xbox Games with Gold for August 2019 as of today. To make things better for those who have yet to touch the sixth installment in the motorsport series, the ‘Forza Motorsport 6 complete Add-Ons’ pack which was initially priced of $99.99 is not standing at $4.99 for a limited time.
The pack includes:
- 2016 #66 Ford Racing GT Le Mans
- 2016 Infinity Q60 Concept
- 2015 Nissan #23 GT-R LM NISMO
- Fast & Furious Car Pack
- Forza Motorsport 6 Car Pass
- Forza Motorsport 6 Expansion Pack
- Forza Motorsport 6 Tokens
- Forza Motorsport 6 VIP
- How Wheels Car Pack
- NASCAR Expansion
- Polo Red Car Pack
- Porsche Expansion
- Top Gear Car Pack
