Minecraft Partner Interview: CameronTheWolf

Time for another Minecraft Partner Interview. But a day early this time. Spooky! I decided to treat you all with an interview earlier than ever now. This week, I will be interviewing CameronTheWolf who some of you may know from the Legacy Console Edition days. Find out what team he is with and what things he has coming up…. right now!
So I always start my interviews with 2 small questions to each partner: who are they and what team are they on and this time was no different. Cameron said: “I am Cameron otherwise known as CameronTheWolf in the community. I am currently the lead content director for my team (name is pending to change but its currently minecadia) but we are partnered with 57Digital. You can check out our website currently at minecadiasmp.com” This name may actually sound familiar to some of you. They were a group back in the Legacy Console Days. But that team is big so I wanted to find out Camerons role on that team. He said: “As the lead content director for the team., I come up with different ideas and goals for the team. We then decide which to go ahead with on the ideas and I help with any assistance that the projects need. I basically assist in any capacity the team needs.” All every interesting.

Cameron(while he is newish to the making some content compared to some people) he has bought certain types of content but I wanted to know which was his favourite map. He responded:”My favorite map on the marketplace is the city mash up. I forgot the partner but a close first is foxfang ridge by imagiversemc” Now THEY are good maps. A lot of things to do there. Cameron is a creative person so he likes to expand on ideas so I asked him if there was any idea he wanted to expand upon in the future. He said:”Yes, there’s a few space ideas that we have as a team that we would love to expand on!”

The Marketplace has been around for nearly 2 years and opinions of it has fluctuated between each person. But I wanted to know his first impressions when he heard about it. He said:”I thought it would be a great addition to the game and be a way to support content creators officially!” He is not wrong there. But while the marketplace has been around for quite some time, I wanted to know who his favourite partner way. He responded:”Pathways. They help out with the community with publishing and getting teams sorted on marketplace content!” They are a good partner! Well everyone is!

It is always important to look at the future of the game. I wanted to try to find out what he has planned for the future. He said:”I would definitely say the team has exciting things planned for the future and hopefully we can bring it to life for people to enjoy!” That is always good to hear! Its a bit narrow though with information. So I wante to see what type of content he has planned. He said:”Hopefully this isn’t giving too much information away but we currently have a few skin packs and possibly three survival maps coming in the next few months” Hmm.. skin packs and survival spawns. All good things.

I am 99.9% sure that everyone has a guilty pleasure in Minecraft that we do not confess to anyone. Cameron responded to this question by saying”My personal guilty pleasure in Minecraft is steak and bread. Everybody thinks that because I’m a wolf that I have to love mutton.
In all seriousness though, a real guilty pleasure is survival. Usually I play creative all the time but I can really just lose myself playing good old classic Minecraft survival especially with all the new things there are in the game now!” Now THAT is interesting.
