Microsoft have announced a new version of Minecraft. Which is Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition. This version will not replace the existing PC version it will be treated as an entirely separate platform to “take advantage of the advanced technology and gaming platform provided by Windows 10.” The Windows 10 Edition Beta will be releasing on July 29th, 2015. Existing PC players will get a Windows 10 copy for free. New players still get a good deal at $10 but that is only for a limited time. This version will work on Windows 10 PC’s and tablets also you can switch between controller, touch, or mouse and keyboard. You can play local multiplayer, online with your Xbox Live friends and you can also record and share clips with the built in GameDVR. Windows 10 will also support online gameplay with up to 7 people.
