MLB The Show is making a return this year with its 2022 version with Shohei Ohtani being the cover athlete. It’s no surprise Shohei is on the cover since he had one of the greatest seasons we’ve seen in the Major Baseball League.

MLB The Show 22 will be launching on April 5 for Nintendo Switch, Xbox, & PlayStation consoles. The biggest surprise here with this announcement is that the Switch receives another new sports game in MLB The Show on its console.

The Standard Edition on Nintendo Switch and last gen consoles will cost $59.99 USD.

The Standard Edition on PlayStation 5 & Xbox Series XlS is $69.99 USD.

Users who play on Nintendo Switch can join in the fun with Xbox & PlayStation users with cross platform play in MLB The Show 22. Cross progression is also being featured in The Show.

For those who have Xbox Game Pass you’ll be able to play this title for free on day one!
