It is certainly no secret on the current situation circulating around CD Projekt Red. More importantly – Cyberpunk 2077. The issue is the ongoing state of the December-released title on last-generation hardware. Although bugs are very well apparent on all platforms, base Xbox One & PlayStation 4 bear the worst of it. Thankfully, the first fix, Patch 1.1, already arrived – even though the team later crafted remedies for new bugs it delivered.

And with a second to be issued in February as well, there is some exciting news for Cyberpunk 2077 – that is, on PC. On the game’s official website, CD Projekt Red finally issued the mod support tools for its latest project. Alike with The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in the past, CD Project Red is supportive in continuing its relationship with the modding community and its work.

More importantly, players involved can conjure virtually anything to their liking. But what makes the new feature most enticing is that devoted users can look to soften the experience on some of the rough edges of the game. To reiterate, the past release from CD Projekt Red harbors a large modding community that the studio encourages to work bettering the experience. And similarly, the same is expected to be pressed for Cyberpunk 2077.

Already, fans already found workarounds for some taboo shortcuts to lighten the experience in Night City. Such as enabling a third-person perspective mode or the ability to have a romantic relationship with Judy which was not accessible in the base game. And that is just the start as more is presumed to take place as more time unravels.

In other Cyberpunk 2077 chatter recently, voice actor Jason Hightower that plays Jackie Welles shared in an interview he would like to see the character return in a DLC. “I don’t want to be the one to say it. We could [make a] DLC upload of Jackie if you wanted,” Hightower states.
