Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III is two weeks old if you consider the Early Access as part of its age. Those who pre-ordered the new Call of Duty were able to play the Campaign a week early and the length of the story had players frustrated.

Sledgehammer Games revealed today that players are putting in more time per player regarding Modern Warfare III’s Campaign. They also confirm this is the most players have engaged with the story mode since the reboot of the Modern Warfare trilogy.

In our review of Modern Warfare III, we said the game comes with an uninspiring Campaign that is short-lived. With the introduction of Open Combat Missions, it’s very possible that became more appealing to players.
