This past week the folks at NetherRealm Studios revealed the official gameplay for Mortal Kombat 11 which launches on April 23rd. Along with all the announcements and reveals, the studio announced when the beta will be taking place which begins on March 28 on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 only. That leaves out Nintendo Switch and PC owners out of the beta, although the game will release on all platforms day one. There hasn’t been a reason given why only the two platforms will have the beta.

In order to participate in the beta is if you pre-order Mortal Kombat 11 and just like most games if you pre-order you’ll get to play as Shao Kahn in the full game.
