The last we heard from publisher Bandai Namco on the Spike Chunsoft-developer title Jump Force, it was revealed that the 2018-released game would be receiving a Nintendo Switch version later on in 2020. Alongside the announcement, Bandai Namco went on to share that My Hero Academia’s Shoto Todoroki will be arriving to the game later on through the then-revealed Character Pass 2.

Now in a new announcement made this week, Bandai Namco goes on to disclose that Jump Force’s debut of Todoroki will officially be made next week this coming Tuesday. The publisher shared some new images of the approaching addition as well which you can view in the tweet below:

Todoroki will mark now the fourth entry from the My Hero Academia series since the launch of Jump force back in February of last year. Katsuki Bakugo shipped previously back in June almost a year ago and even earlier with the release of All Might who shipped for the crossover fighter a month before that. Starring protagonist Izuku Midoriya went on to launch with Jump Force before the later additions.

The ongoing Character Pass 2 is said to feature new fighters from Bleach, Hunter x Hunter, and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure but have yet to be disclosed as of reporting. Perhaps we will learn more when Bandai Namco sheds more light on the coming Nintendo Switch port for the game later on in 2020.
