Netflix has 90 games in development

Netflix has slowly entered itself in the games business since 2021 where they’ve added 86 games to their games platform already. One of the biggest releases Netflix Games recently saw was the Grand Theft Auto Trilogy – The Definitive Edition and they announced Sonic Mania Plus will be coming to the platform bringing it to mobile.

The company announced they have 90 more games in development and stated they are just getting started. Some of the new games coming in 2024 include Cozy Grove: Camp Spirit, FashionVerse, Game Dev Tycoon, Sonic Mania Plus, and more.

“By year’s end, we’ll have 86 games available —all included with every Netflix membership without ads, in-app purchases or extra fees. And with nearly 90 more games in development, we’re just getting started.”

Netflix listed a list of games to expect for their platform:

Braid, Anniversary Edition (April 30)

Chicken Run: Eggstraction

The Dragon Prince: Xadia

Dumb Ways to Survive

Hades

Harmonium: The Musical

Katana Zero

Money Heist: Ultimate Choice (Jan 4)

Monument Valley 1 & 2

The Rise Of The Golden Idol 

There will also be a game set in the universe of Squid Game where you’ll compete with other players from the popular Netflix series.

You can play games on Netflix by becoming a member and play with no ads, in-app purchases, or extra fees. The great part about Netflix Games is how they’ll bring games to iOS and Android that have yet to be released there.
