New details about the next Borderlands game

During today at PAX East, Gearbox Software CEO Randy Pitchford confirmed that a new Borderlands game was in the making, but saying that it might not be called Borderlands 3.
“We don’t even know if we’re going to call it that.”
A new Borderlands game was announced January last year, but now we officially know who will be working on the game. Borderlands 2 and Battleborn art director Scott Kester will be the art director. And Gearbox chief creative champion Mikey Neumann, who wrote the first Borderlands game will be writing for the next one. Neumann also Jokingly says that “Everyone dies horribly”. Hopefully that isn’t true.
Neumann also stated that Borderlands character Scooter, might have a son named Scooper in the next game, because Pitchford’s wife didn’t like how Scooters role…ended  in Tales from the Borderlands.
Pitchford also said to “look deeply” at Battleborne’s next DLC, which will include references for the next Borderlands game.
