Namely Uplay and Ubisoft Club, both in-house programs are centered on brining flexibility and accessibility to users that regularly play titles from the publisher.
But now, the two will be merging into one: Ubisoft Connect. Starting tomorrow, October 27, both services will intertwine into the ultimate platform for Ubisoft users. Along with While the new initiative will be plastered over the former, users on PC are reassured the current client installed will simply be updated.

“Ubisoft Connect links players and services on Ubisoft games across all platforms,” the firm pens about the new pursuit in the blog post. “It is the unification and improvement of Ubisoft Club, our loyalty program, and Uplay, our Desktop App, across all platforms. It aims at giving the best environment for all players to enjoy their games and connect with each other whatever the device.”
Alike the soon to-be-discontinue loyalty system currently utilized, Ubisoft Connect will open players up to new opportunities for in-game rewards and other virtual goodies. Current titles like Hyper Scape, The Division 2, and For Honor are just some to be supported for the new program when it launches.
On top of that, this new linking of platforms also opens new features to Ubisoft games: cross-progression. Reading the Ubisoft Connect website, the page shares a list of titles already supported: Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Hyper Scape, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Riders Republic.
