A new Dragon Age game is in the works and it looks like the creator of Sunless Sea is involved in its development. Alexis Kennedy, the Sunless Sea creator, is working with Bioware Canada remotely while based in the U.K. He spoke with Eurogamer recently, and revealed the information in an interview
“What I can say is I have been given considerable autonomy to work on a storyline bit of lore which is well-segregated from other parts of the game. It’s nothing that grandiose, but it is distinct. It’s a bit of lore which has not been addressed much to date in Dragon Age,
The game hasn’t been officially announced yet, but it looks like now we know. Dragon Age Inquisition released three years ago now in 2014 and was the subject to highly graded reviews. The series was put on hold for a bit with the development of Mass Effect: Andromeda, but now that it has been put on hold due to its own issues, it looks like Dragon Age gets the call back up to the majors. It’s unknown whether or not they will release the information at E3 next month, but we’ll have to wait and see.
