Recently, Ed Boon the co-creator of Mortal Kombat teased on twitter “Does anyone know what time it is?” giving fans a hint that the reveal for the next installment in the franchise is coming soon.

According to a reliable data miner, billbil-kun shared that the next Mortal Kombat game will be called ‘Mortal Kombat 1’ instead of Mortal Kombat 12. The game will be launching on PC, Xbox Series XlS, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch.

For PlayStation 5, PC and Xbox Series XlS  Mortal Kombat 1 will cost $69.99 USD while for the Nintendo Switch it will cost $59.99 USD. The last generation does not look to be included for this one.

The premium edition will be $109.99 USD and the Kollector’s Edition will cost $249.99 USD.

The announcement for Mortal Kombat 1 should be very soon.
