It has already been known that Nintendo will be hosting a Switch 2 Direct on April 2, 2025, to showcase more of the console and its capabilities. However, when it was first revealed Nintendo did not give us an exact time for the presentation.

Today, it was announced the Nintendo Switch 2 Direct will go live at 6:00 AM PT & 9 AM ET on April 2. In the post on social media, Nintendo says they will be giving a closer look at the Switch 2. No other details were revealed.

Fans can watch the next major Nintendo Direct most likely on the usual platforms – Twitch, YouTube, and the official Nintendo website.

There are many games rumored to be released on the next Switch console. Microsoft is among the publishers that are going to support the successor. Phil Spencer has come out and said Xbox will support the Switch 2. Other reports indicate that Diablo IV, Halo: The Master Chief Collection, and more are planned to be released on the console.
