Nintendo’s hybrid platform continues to receive ports of fan-favorite titles into 2019 as Capcom has revealed that Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen has been announced to come to the Nintendo eShop this April.

The original 2012 title has already made its current gen debut for both Xbox One & PlayStation 4 back in 2017: giving the adventure RPG a facelift with 1080p resolution upgrade and included all downloadable content that released prior. Capcom did not specified if the Switch version will include the visual overhaul or be the same iteration that released for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

What should be worth specifying is if the upcoming iteration for Nintendo’s platform will have exclusive controls for the Joy Cons which many games continue to take advantage of more recently. Though it isn’t needed, it is appreciated seeing the smaller things getting some attention when a game is ported to other consoles.

Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen will be available for Nintendo Switch on April 23, 2019.
