One of the most interesting stories of this generation is No Man’s Sky with it being really hyped for PlayStation 4 and PC, but ended up no meeting expectations at launch. The title received a score of 71 on Meta Critic, it also had bugs which the team at Hello Games have been working on.
Today during the Inside Xbox episode it was announced that No Man’s Sky will release on Xbox One on July 24th, 2018 and it will have multiplayer. The title will also be Xbox One X enhanced.
You’ll be able to explore the universe with your friends, or bump into random travelers. You can help friends to stay alive, or prey on others to survive. Tiny shelters or complex colonies that you build as a team are shared for all players. Fight as a pirate or a wingman in epic space battles with friends and enemies. Race exocraft across weird alien terrains, creating race tracks and trails to share online.
No Man’s Sky is an exploration and survival game set in an infinite procedurally generated universe. Whether a distant mountain or a planet hanging low on the horizon, you can go forth there. You can fly seamlessly from the surface of a planet to another, and every star in the sky is a sun that you can visit. Where you’ll go and how fast you’ll make you way through this universe is your decision.
