Exploring new horizons, worlds, and solar systems is the emphasis that No Man’s Sky follows to the last letter. Even more the game is doing so with platforms as well. In June, Sony Interactive Entertainment showcased No Man’s Sky alongside Resident Evil 8 and The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution for PlayStation VR 2. But, that is not all.
In fact, No Man’s Sky is officially going portable too. During a previous Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo alongside Hello Games and Bandai Namco announced the game is arriving to Nintendo Switch later in 2022. However, a release date for the game was not provided leaving fans questioning when will it release.
From a trailer posted in June, No Man’s Sky launches this October for Nintendo Switch. You can watch the new trailer in the video below:
“I think folks are going to be blown away when they finally get to play this game on such a tiny device. It really is an entire universe in the palm of your hand,” Hello Games founder Seam Murray shares in the blog post. “It has been a huge undertaking, but a very rewarding one for our small team, and I’m really proud of the result.” More impressively is No Man’s Sky is also receiving a physical release with most major retailers also.
