PAX West 2018: HyperX Showing Off New Alloy FPS Keyboard

Coming up to the annual Penny Arcade Expo in Seattle, Washington, HyperX will be exhibiting at the event once again showing off their line of keyboards, mice and headsets.

This year the tech company will be celebrating their 10th year exhibiting PAX West and for the special occasion will be showcasing their upcoming gaming keyboard, the Alloy FPS Mechanical Gaming Keyboard.

With both the HyperX Alloy FPS and Alloy FPS Pro, players will find either keyboard that will suit how they play. The tenkeyless (TKL) Alloy FPS Pro or the traditional sized Alloy FPS, either with a list of factors that make the two unique.

Both series will feature a minimalistic design as it’s advertised as “ideal for FPS gameplay”, a lasting steel frame, detachable cable for better portability, backlit keys with changing light effects, and Cherry MX mechanical switches that complement the type of player you are.

  • Red – for the more fast-paced and rapid pressing player.
  • Blue – preferred more for more tactical players who want a more definite response.
  • Brown – in favor of those who rather sacrifice speed for accuracy.

Both of the keyboards are listed on the retailer’s website, HyperX Alloy FPS for $79.99 and Alloy FPS Pro $69.99.
