Phasmophobia comes to Xbox Series X|S and PS5 on October 29

Earlier this week, during the Xbox Partner Preview, Kinetic Games announced that Phasmophobia will finally come to consoles in early access starting October 29. This comes just in time for Halloween and it will be available on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S for the first time.

Players across consoles, Steam, and PS VR2 can team up with friends to enjoy the exhilaration of hunting for and being hunted by ghosts. Kinetic Games also shared a huge milestone for Phasmophobia which has sold over 20 million copies globally since it was released on Steam in 2020.

“We are so happy to see Phasmophobia enter console early access” Stated Daniel Knight, CEO and Lead Developer at Kinetic Games “the community has been asking for console versions, and has waited a little while for it to happen. The development team at Kinetic Games have worked exceptionally hard to make this request a reality.”

Phasmophobia will have a Halloween Special Event for the first time that will include a community goal-oriented task where players can work together to unlock the Blood Moon weather in the game. Players will be able to earn a new badge and trophy by completing different community goals.

Players can purchase Phasmophobia on PS5, PC via Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PS VR2 for $19.99 when it releases later this month.
