When it comes to the ongoing PlayStation Plus library, users attached to all tiers find more games to play. In the past month, May has remained a fairly occupied window for the subscription. For Essential, Extra, and Premium members, May 2024 featured new additions EA Sports FC 24, Ghostrunner II, Tunic, and Destiny 2: Lightfall for free with still days remaining to redeem these titles.
Additionally, the same can also be said for PlayStation Plus catalog as well. In that, both Extra & Premium members can expected new additions to respected libraries with titles such as Red Dead Redemption 2, Crime Boss: Rockay City, Watch Dogs, Cat Quest, The Settlers: New Allies, The Sims 4 Living City, and Stranded: Alien Dawn.
Now with June just a few days away, Sony Interactive Entertainment is preparing yet another helping of free titles for all subscribers on PlayStation Plus. Next month, users can expected to welcome titles SpongeBob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake, AEW Fight Forever, and Streets of Rage 4.
From our review on SpongeBob Squarepants: The Cosmic Shake, we gave the game a 6/10 score. “Despite some of the games issues, SpongeBob SquarePants: The Cosmic Shake gives you a unique SpongeBob experience we have yet to see. […] It is very clear that this SpongeBob title is aimed for a younger audience, but I wish there was a mode available for those that are experience gamers because SpongeBob has been around for multiple generations.”
Noted, PlayStation Plus is still offering one more game as per its PlayStation Plus May 2024 monthly games well into the following month. It is Electronic Arts’ EA Sports FC 24. It is stated that the game will be available well until June 18th for subscribers from Essential, Extra, and Premium tiers to pick up the title.
