Pokémon Scarlet & Violet has sold well over 10 million copies worldwide in the first three days since launch on November 18, 2022. This is the highest global sales level for any software on any Nintendo platform within that timeframe.
The number includes both physical and digital sales.

Pokémon Scarlet and Violet is just the one of many great games that hit the Nintendo Switch this year. Splatoon 3 was off to a great start in Japan selling over 3.45 million copies in that region in the first three days, but that is no where near the numbers of Pokémon.
