It looks that developer Psyonix is going to capitalize on the Halloween season with a new themed event for their ongoing rocket car title Rocket League. Today, the studio revealed that the soccer racer will be collaborating with Netflix to bring a bundle of Stranger Things goodies for players who want some Upside Down-themed cosmetics.

The team did this with a new trailer which showcases the cars dressed with toppers and paints for each main character in the show like Dustin, Will, and Hopper. You can watch the full trailer below:

For this year’s haunted Hallows map, Psyonix reveals that the map has also been adjusted to replicate The Upside Down alike in the show with grim mist and decrepit structures. This year’s event gives players the opportunity to unlock candy corn when playing which can then be used to purchase “top-secret items created by the Hawkins National Laboratory” to decorate your car as seen from the announcement trailer.

Noted, this will be the second crossover the Netflix exclusive show has made into the video game market with Dead by Daylight revealed back at Gamescom in August. The announcement from Behaviour Interactive announced that the antagonizing Demogorgon will be the next killer to be added to the game alongside Nancy Wheeler and Steve Harrington as two new survivors.

The annual Haunted Hallow Stranger Things-specialized map will be available for a limited time: kicking off next week on October 14 and will be up until November 11 after Halloween.

Rocket League is out now for PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
