Since before its official debut almost a year ago, Brawlhalla has been an instant hit, grabbing the attention of the fighting game community while growing into a popular esport. Now, a fan-favorite character will be added to the game’s roster.
According to the game’s Twitter account, Rayman will be coming to Brawlhalla on November 6, 2018.

This announcement is not incredibly surprising, following the game’s acquisition by Ubisoft back in May. With Rayman under Ubisoft’s umbrella, this was bound to happen at some point.
The character’s reveal for the game left fans both eager and disappointed. As some fans are happy for the new addition, others are saddened as they now assume he won’t be in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. A slight glint of hope may come in the fact that he was an assist trophy in both versions of Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and 3Ds, so fans may still have some hope of seeing him as a playable character in the new game.
Brawlhalla is available now for PC and PlayStation 4.
