It has been said time and time again that players have been eager to try out the new roles that Rockstar Games has in-store for Red Dead Redemption 2’s multiplayer, giving those anticipating more incentive to return to the Red Dead Online with some objective and freedom to define your place in the five counties. Last week, the developer announced that the latest update for the game will be arriving the following Tuesday: today is that day, and more has arrived alongside the three roles that advertises the new update.
In the “Frontier Pursuit” update that we already know, the game includes three new occupations for players to pursue: the entrepreneurial trader, the high-stakes bounty hunter, and the keen-eyed collector. However, Rockstar Games has also included new additions to immerse the experience for Red Dead Online when deciding what role you prefer.
Of course, things such as new clothing options as well as weapons and horse-drawn vehicle to lug people along with loot. Getting that out of the way, it should be noted that some requested feature have also be included with the newest update like allowing players to alter their appearance without having to restart their progressions and the ability to title your saved outfits you have for your character.
Other adjustments to the overall gameplay has been uploaded to the current game with “Increased movement and animations speeds for more responsive combat (including aiming, cocking and reloading), faster looting.” And the appreciated damage indicator which gives players more perspective on where enemies might be attacking you on the screen.
Rockstar Games shares that players will be gifted 15 gold bars follow suit your decided role. While players will have the ability to purchase role-specified items, they can be purchased at anytime with your own earned gold. Twitch Prime subscribers will receive the Bounty Hunter License for free when linking their account before September 8. While those who collected all 54 playing cards in Online will be gifted the Collector’s bag for free anytime before October 14. And The Butcher’s Table will be a handout for all PlayStation Plus owners until October 14th as well.
