Today, Bethesda have announced that they will be delaying anticipated title, Starfield and Redfall to the first half of 2023. Here is a quote below from the statement from Bethesda:
“The teams at Arkane Austin (Redfall) and Bethesda Game Studios (Starfield) have incredible amibitions for their games, and we want to ensure that you receive the best, most polished versions of them”
They went on to thank everyone for their excitement for Starfield and Redfall as that energy will carry them through this process to polish up both of these games.
This delay comes as a surprise to many as we all know Microsoft hasn’t spoke much about any other titles coming out of Xbox Game Studios or Bethesda this year besides Starfield & Redfall. Now all the eyes are pointed to the Xbox & Bethesda 2022 showcase on June 12th to see what we could expect this year and the future.
Redfall was projected to launch September 2022 while Starfield would have been launching November 11, 2022 on Xbox Series XlS & PC.
