The roster of PlayStation Plus offerings has yet to cease. But soon, there will be a significantly less amount of titles when PlayStation makes this move. In January 2026, PlayStation 4 will be dropped from support for PlayStation Plus. But until then, there are still new additions coming including PlayStation 5 & PlayStation VR 2 as well.
In March, we saw this with games Sonic Colors: Ultimate, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection, and Dragon Age: The Veilguard. Additionally, the Game Catalog update was also very engaging too. Earlier this month, it was revealed that games such as Prince Of Persia: The Lost Crown & Arcade Paradise are just some of those titles coming to the list.
Now in preparation for April 2025, Sony Interactive Entertainment revealed the next batch for PlayStation Plus free titles. The newest roster includes RoboCop: Rogue City, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre, and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory. Both The Texas Chain Saw Massacre & Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory are to feature PlayStation 4 versions.
We urge you check out our review for The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. “The Chain Saw Massacre has a lot of potential but the limited licensing, the budget, and content release schedule all severely hamper the potential of the game itself. Compared to a game where you can play as almost every horror icon you can think of, it is very hard to hold your head above water.”
Also, peek at our review for RoboCop: Rogue City too. “Robocop: Rogue City is a love letter to the films and one of the best movie-to-game adaptations I can think of. It is definitely worth exploring at full price if you are a fan of the genre and the films,” scoring the game an 8/10. You can read the full review by heading here.
