One of Ubisoft’s less appreciated initiatives happened to be Rocksmith. While the craze for Rock Band & Guitar Hero met its plateau last console generation, Rocksmith began to take form with a proper title to teach players an efficient way to play guitar. And by June 2021, Ubisoft ushered in a new entry to expand that even further announcing Rocksmith+ then.
Unlike its predecessor, the second Rocksmith acts more of a subscription, but also offers a wider range of songs and more involved practices for users. The game was later pushed to a 2022 release, Ubisoft San Francisco announced at the time. By September 2022, Rocksmith+ launched on PC with no date confirmed for mobile devices.
Well, June 2023 officially welcomes Rocksmith+ to all promised platforms. You can watch the new trailer in the video below:
“Use any acoustic, electric, or bass guitar to learn at your own pace with improved state-of-the-art note detection and real-time feedback for personalized learning. Get the most out of your learning subscription with frequent content updates that add new modes and features, plus monthly song additions. Continue your guitar journey on the Rocksmith+ site, where you can access free supplemental articles and videos and learn about proper guitar technique and form, music theory, guitar gear, instrument care, and more.”
Ubisoft also writes: “Start learning guitar anytime, anywhere, and get access to more than 6,000 songs by downloading the mobile app for iOS and Android or PC.” What has you most interested for Rocksmith+ on mobile?
