Rocksteady Studios Teases Poster For Suicide Squad Game, Reveal Arriving Later This Month

Reflecting to June of this year, a report surfaced which offered insight on the potential titling for two upcoming Batman titles in development. Under a pair of domain registrations made by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, these names shared were GothamKnights and SuicideSquadKillTheJusticeLeague. Evaluating prior reports of possibly involved studios, it was suspected that the first game was being manned by Warner Bros. Montreal while the latter is a project helmed by Rocksteady Studios.

Following the initial reporting, video game publication Eurogamer confirmed that the two titles were in fact legitimate and posed to verify the speculation made at Rectify Gaming. Now, developer Rocksteady Studios just moments before went to Twitter to unveil its next project after more than five years since its 2015 concluding entry, Batman: Arkham Knight.

Sharing simply a poster of the new, lightly detailed project, fans can learn more of the game at the coming DC Fandome later this month. DC Comics announced the virtual event to showcase some of the anticipating projects that are underway for the line of products branded with DC Comics name. That includes physical products like toys and video games alongside the coming productions of anticipated films to hit the box office in the coming future.

With the still lingering GothemKnight property still left unannounced, it is suspected that the game could perhaps be receiving an announcement as well during DC Fandome. Acknowledging the handful of teases made by Warner Bros. Montreal for the past few months, it is presumed the Canadian developer is planning to finally pop the cap off of the announcement for the game soon.
