Samurai Jack & Beetlejuice are coming to MultiVersus in Season 2

Player First Games and Warner Bros. Games made a surprise announcement at EVO 2024 before the start of Mortal Kombat Top 6. With Season 2: Back in Time starting on July 23, there will be new content added to the fighting game including new characters. It was announced that Samurai Jack and Beetlejuice will be coming to MultiVersus during Season 2.

Samurai Jack will be available at the start of Season 2 on July 23. Beetlejuice will be available later in the season. The trailer teases some of Jack’s move sets and it’s safe to say he will be a favored fighter once he becomes available.

After being flung into the future by the evil demon Aku, the warrior known as Samurai Jack embarked on a relentless quest to return to the past. With his unmatched swordsmanship and incredible agility, he’s truly a force to be reckoned with.

MultiVersus Season 2: Back in Time will also bring a Ranked Mode. The new Ranked Mode will allow players to participate in 1 vs 1 and 2 vs 2 matches while competing for leaderboard points to earn exclusive rank-based cosmetic rewards.

Season 2 will also include the Water Tower, a new map where players can battle on the iconic Warner Bros. Water Tower, with surprise nods to popular Warner Bros. Discovery characters and franchises.
