Xbox Game Pass: recently the service is in the process to reshape itself as the subscription overshadows Xbox Games with Gold & Xbox Live. In an announcement, Xbox Game Pass Core is to replace Xbox Live Gold starting this September. To put into perspective already, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers account for 80 percent of the audience. And with the mass Xbox Live users, this is expected to swell the base as well.
For the service itself, the library continues to expand. In July, fans witnessed the helpings of Serious Sam: Siberian Mayhem, Celeste, and Toem. Additionally, the same can also be said for this month early in August with Limbo, Bro Force Forever, and Everspace 2 headlining the service more recently.
Now entering the latter half of August 2023, a new lineup is here. You can read the full list below:

Part of this list is past promised additions from Microsoft. Previously, The Texas Chain Saw Massacre was announced for Xbox Game Pass earlier this March. Even more is Sea of Stars launching for Xbox Game Pass as well. What is also interesting is the simultaneous launch on PlayStation Plus Extra/Premium later this month alongside Xbox’s service also.
