Microsoft has apparently considered the idea of bringing Sea of Thieves to PlayStation. That’s according to reliable insider Stephen Totilo who says a source familiar with plans for the port told Game File. This came up for discussion after rumors of an Xbox Developer Direct taking place this month and an Xbox exclusive coming to the Nintendo Switch.

It was first rumored that Hi-Fi Rush would be coming to the Nintendo Switch after it was first released on Xbox Series XlS and PC last January. Now new reports are suggesting that a variety of Xbox Game Studios titles could see a release on competitor platforms like Nintendo or PlayStation.

While this may seem like a surprise, it may not since Microsoft once released Ori and The Blind Forest and Ori and the Will of the Wisps for the Nintendo Switch.

It remains to be seen if this will become true, but could you see Sea of Thieves coming to Xbox?
