The story remains the same for Skulls and Bones as the game has been delayed once again Ubisoft announced on Wednesday. This comes from the latest Ubisoft financial call where they stated that there has been some underperformances from recent games like Just Dance 2023 and Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope.

Ubisoft also said they canceled 3 unannounced projects on top of the other four canceled in the Summer. It is expected now that Skulls and Bones will be releasing early 2023-24 as opposed to its latest delay window which was in March 9, 2023.

The reasons for the delay is most likely due to the playtesting experiences where there seems to be more issues. It looks like Ubisoft is taking their time with Skulls and Bones and we hope to see it launch successfully.

In other news Ubisoft+ looks to be coming to Xbox in the very near future.
