Although E3 2016 had its fair share of leaked announcements, Sony managed to avoid a majority of its games being spoiled. This was due to a strict new policy that has been implemented at the company.
As Sony Interactive Entertainment President Andrew House told Japanese site AV Watch, their PR team has introduced a strict new information management system and it has “begun with almost no leaks in its favor”.
This management system is so strict that Death Stranding, the biggest surprise at Sony’s presentation didn’t even have its trailer shown during rehearsals.
Elsewhere in the interview House talked about the PlayStation Neo. According to House, there is a bump in image quality and the frame-rate is increased or more stable whilst playing games on the Neo, he says the jump isn’t as great as going from one console generation to the next.
