Teases For Moon And Nuketown Zombies Maps Spawn For Black Ops 4

It looks that Treyarch is getting ready to reveal what the first addition of the zombies portion for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 will be as the developer has begun dropping hints at zombies-related content. On Twitter, developer Treyarch posted two separate images disclosing what could possibly be added to 2018’s iteration of the Call of Duty franchise.

The first image is of a girl levitating over an opened pyramid which most fans can identify to be from Samantha Maxis from Call of Duty: Black Ops. The image shown is part of the Easter egg objective that players can follow in Moon, the final zombies map that was added to the 2010 title.

As for the second image, the picture presenting both “Alpha” and “Omega” which are read under the symbols that represented in the Greek alphabet. What truly set off fans atop of the initial tease is the small warhead that sits under the alpha character in the photo, leaving implications that the map could be bringing Nuketown zombies to Black Ops 4. Furthermore, the post also reads “the end begins” with a date pointing towards next Tuesday, July 9th.

This isn’t the first time Treyarch has left teasers for their game through social media as the developer previously did the same for the same actually, when releasing the 4th version of Nuketown for Black Ops 4. The studio also isn’t shy to reintroducing older maps to their latest title as we have seen with both the first and second Blackout maps.

If Nuketown does return as a zombies map, this will be the second time Treyarch has brought the iconic location to the undead segment of their franchise as it was previously done back in 2012 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is out now for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
