Telltale dropped a bombshell this morning, and announced that The Wolf Among Us Season 2, Batman: The Enemy Within and The Walking Dead the Final Season will release in 2018.
The Batman series will launch this year, August 8th in only 3 weeks on Xbox One. It will be a five episode series focused on the Joker and Riddler. Following on the original season last year, the Enemy Within will continue the struggle of Bruce Wayne as its primary emphasis. Troy Baker and Anthony Ingruber will also resume roles as Batman and the Joker respectively.
The Wolf Among Us Season 2 does not have an official subtitle yet, but the game is scheduled to release in 2018. Bigby Wolf and Snow White will return, but the story is being kept under wraps for now. The first season ended on a huge cliff hangar, and it’s unknown if part 2 will continue the story.
The Walking Dead the Final Season was also announced, and the story is predictable for those who played The New Frontier this year. The focus will return to Clementine and what happens after she leaves Javier and crew at the end. It will be a fitting ending, as Clementine is known for the series. The New Frontier became our 2nd favorite series after The Wolf Among Us thanks to its incredible story and emotional focus on family.
