When predating back to the initial Xbox Series X third-party game preview Microsoft held in the form of an Xbox 20/20 live event this past May, many were already anticipating a dozen or so entries from either North American or European developers to stand as the primary demographic of studios present. So it came to be a surprise when Bandai Namco took the spotlight to unveil Scarlet Nexus at the show back in spring.
While Microsoft does hold marketing rights for the game, that does not exclude the fact the game will be coming to other systems. Following its announcement, Bandai Namco pressed that Scarlet Nexus is also scheduled to release the same time for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC as well. But at the time, the game did not offer a projected release window oddly enough.
But fast forwarding to The Game Awards this Thursday, Bandai Namco reemerged to share that Scarlet Nexus is projected to release sometime by summer 2021. You can watch the new Scarlet Nexus trailer in the video below:
