On the Mojang website, the release date of the new Minecraft movie was shown. And its coming to 3D and Imax on May 24, 2019. That’s still another 2 years but their excuse is that its a lot of time to make the movie “Awesome”. I don’t know about you but the next couple years will have a lot of new video game movies. And Minecraft is a wide, open game that allows you to do anything you want. And yes Minecraft technically has a “end” but how will this movie play out? Maybe something new like TellTale’s Minecraft series?
