As many of you know the Nintendo Switch has a Pro Controller, it’s a rechargeable controller like the Wii U Pro controller as well but it’s even better since it has a 40 hour life cycle.
The Switch Pro controller has a rechargeable lithium ion battery that’s recharged via USB charging cable. It can even be easily synced via that cable as well. According to the box it comes in, the controller lasts for 40 hours of gameplay. That’s 40 hours of actual gameplay and not just sitting around while being on. This is huge while the DualShock 4 over at Sony has around 7-8 hours of gameplay and the Xbox One controller has around 20.
The Nintendo Switch Pro controller is sold separate from the console and is $70 which isn’t a bad price given the battery life and controllers like that are around $60-$70.
Nintendo Switch launches March 3rd.
