Arguably one of the most beloved Halo competitive maps in the franchise’s history is The Pit. The map debuted on Halo 3 back in 2007 which is now 15 years old. During the Halo Championship Series event in Orlando this weekend they held a throwback series between Triggers Down and Team Instinct. Before that event took place they revealed a full remake of The Pit for Halo Infinite.

The Pit is expected to come after November 8th which will be the date that forge mode will finally debut in Halo Infinite. The remake of this classic map is fully forged which is hard to tell from the start because of how advanced the mode has gotten since Halo 5: Guardians.

Once The Pit is ready after the winter update releases for Halo Infinite that is when it will come out for everyone to play.

Are you excited to play The Pit again when it drops later this year?
